Before You Bid
- ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS.
- All bidders are encouraged to use their discretion and judgment and take time to view and inspect all items before bidding.
For the Online Bidder
- 3% online fee will apply to all online bidders.
- Bidder will be responsible for any additional fees such as credit card fees, wire transfer fees, and etc.
- International fee of $75.00.
- Domestic fee of $25.00.
For All Bidders
- Buyers premium will be collected from all buyers on all items.
- Premiums are determined at time of auction, please contact us for current information regarding each individual auction!
- All items must be paid for in full the date of sale!
- A copy of Farm Tax ID, Resale certificate, etc. must be presented to auction office. Fax # 9314982019
- DUE TO PROCESSING, A TITLE FEE OF $30.00 WILL BE APPLIED TO EVERYTHING THAT WILL SELL WITH A TITLE. THIS FEE WILL COVER MAILING AND TRACKING FEES, ECT.
While At The Auction
- ALL INDIVIDUALS AT THE LICK SKILLET AUCTION SITE ARE PRESENT AT HIS OR HER OWN RISK.
- Lick Skillet Auction Company, LLC, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury or death to anyone at the auction site.
- Lick Skillet Auction Company, LLC, Auctioneer, or its agents will not be responsible for any damages to personal property.
- Lick Skillet Auction Company, LLC, Auctioneer, or its agents will not be responsible for items left on the auction site.

Credit cards are accepted for amounts up to $3000.00 with a 3% convenience fee.
All items must be paid for in full the date of sale!
Consigners

All items must be self insured!

All items must be onsite by stated consignment deadline.

Shipping can be arranged with auction office!

Taxes
- Sales Tax will be collected where applicable!
- All documentation fees, international fees/tax customs tax, International wires, etc. will apply

Failure To Settle

Any items not paid for in full on closing of auction will be considered defaulted and will become property of Lick Skillet Auction Company, LLC and will be subject to be resold.

Should resale take place, original purchaser will be responsible for any cost arising from the resale.

Original purchaser will also be responsible for any cost such as storage fees, legal fees, etc.
Pickup
-
All items must be removed from auction site within 10 days after close of auction.

All items not picked up within 10 days will be subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee paid to the auction company.

Any items not picked up within 30 days from the close of auction will become property of the auction company.

Storage fees will continue per item per day until that item is resold.

No items will be picked up or loaded without a Representative of Lick Skillet Auction LLC present and copy of paid receipt.

No items will be loaded after dark.
